Andrew Huber-Young spent his time with his little daughter and his brother. However, the two men got into such a heated argument that they threatened each other with weapons and started shooting. In the chaos, they neglected 2-year-old Octavia Huber-Young. During the exchange of gunfire, the angel-faced baby was also struck by a bullet, resulting in her death.
The mother of the young child, Samantha Higgins, told Crime Online that both men had been discharged from the hospital. “All I know is that she was full of life and always loved to smile and play. She always wanted to be like her sister,” she said.
The police have arrested the 19-year-old uncle, who has been charged in the death of the 2-year-old girl. State police stated that additional charges are pending.
