The young genius Luke Thill is only 13 years old and no ordinary teenager. While most kids are thinking about their crushes at school or gym class, Luke was busy creating something extraordinary.

While most teenagers have their heads buried in computer and smartphone screens, Luke decided to break a sweat the traditional way.
It took him about a year to gather all the necessary funds and materials to build this house. To do so, he mowed lawns, organized fundraising events, and did everything he could to secure the investment—just like a real CEO!
He even got a little help with the electrical work from a man he had helped clean out a garage.
Interestingly, the house was built with 75% recycled materials and leftovers from his grandmother’s house. However, the front door was a gift from his uncle.
He explains everything on his YouTube channel, where he talks about his burning desire to build a house. After a lot of thought, planning, and research, Luke turned his idea into reality.
The entire house is about 8 square meters in size, 3 meters long, and about 1.5 meters wide. It has electricity, but no plumbing yet—so no shower or sink for now!
Luke said, “I liked minimalism and wanted a house without a big mortgage.”
Luke uploaded many videos to his YouTube channel explaining the project, and many people became curious.
The house is every teenager’s dream: a private retreat and space just for himself. It has a microwave, a TV, and a bed in the loft. Oh—and even a grill in the backyard!
