A terrible accident has occurred… The news has shocked everyone… On Wednesday, December 4, Bernard Montiel spoke on La Tribu de Baba on C8 about the day he was involved in a serious car accident. As he does every week, Cyril Hanouna hosts his show La Tribu de Baba on C8 from Monday to Friday, covering the most significant moments in current events with his panel of contributors. On Wednesday, December 4, the presenter began with a karaoke session, singing some of his favorite songs, starting with ‘Aurélie’ by Colonel Reyel. Then, each contributor sang their favorite song.
After this festive moment, Cyril Hanouna moved on to the day’s most important news. He then shared a wild story: a woman had fallen several dozen meters while cleaning windows.
La Tribu de Baba: Bernard Montiel explained that he went to prison following a car accident. After broadcasting the horrifying footage on the set of La Tribu de Baba, Cyril Hanouna asked his contributors if any of them had ever had a near-death experience.
Bernard Montiel recalled the day he had a serious accident. ‘I flipped over three times. I was late for the barracks, I was on duty, and I was at the Arcachon beach. I rushed because I was really late, and of course, I skidded and flipped over three times. It was intense. The hospital and everything, I had to explain. After that, I spent 15 days in prison, even though I acted like I was in immense pain. I was lucky, but I was nearly dead,’ he said.
Cyril Hanouna, always curious about his panelists, spoke to Valérie Benaïm about their honeymoon experiences. Gilles Verdez, for his part, revealed that he had narrowly escaped death multiple times, as he shared during the taping of La Tribu de Baba. “I am a survivor,” he declared after recounting his misadventures.
Earlier in the show, Cyril Hanouna had asked his contributors about their honeymoon stories, which brought back memories for some of them—starting with Valérie Benaïm, who reminisced about launching a fundraising project to travel to Bora-Bora with her ex-husband.
