Born on November 11, 1962, her childhood was marked by many moves.

Her mother remarried, and Demi had to face health issues, including eye surgery and a kidney disease. At the age of 15, she left home to pursue a career as a model, before focusing on acting. Shortly after, she married musician Freddy Moore, from whom she kept her last name. Her career took off in 1985 with the film ‘Saint Elmo’s Fire,’ followed by the worldwide success of ‘Ghost.

After a failed first marriage, she married Bruce Willis in 1987 and gave birth to three daughters. Her complex relationship with her mother deeply affected her life. In her autobiography, Inside Out, she openly discusses her difficult childhood, her addictions, and her inner struggles.
