Henry Rodriguez, a 37-year-old Venezuelan tattoo artist, became famous worldwide thanks to his radical transformation.
He cut off part of his nose, got his eyes tattooed, covered his face with drawings, and got tattoos and implants on his forehead and eyebrows – all to look like his seven-year-old son’s favorite superhero.
Henry admits that these changes were not only painful but truly horrific. But for him, pain is part of the journey toward a dream.
He claims to regret nothing. All he desires is to hear his son call him with admiration “Super Dad.”
“I want him to be proud of me. I’m not just a father, I’m a hero in his eyes,” said Rodriguez.
The path to his radical transformation began with eye tattoos, followed by 15 more surgical procedures. The total cost of all these procedures amounted to about £27,255.
